Well hello there,
For whatever reason you have stumbled upon my blog and I am here to welcome you and tell you a little bit about myself so we can get on track to get to know each other better.
My name is Christine Jorgenson, Stine is short for Christine ( hence the name of the website), and I am currently residing in Charlotte, North Carolina. I was born and raised in Billings, Montana but a few years ago I had an itch I couldn’t quite scratch. So I asked a few friends if they would like to move across the country with me and well, here I am.
I am a 26 years young (I hate when people say that – I feel old as crap!) and have been attending college at Montana State University Billing on and off for what feels like an eternity (8 years is an eternity, right?). I started off as a biology major, I was certain that was the career path that I wanted to pursue. But when I moved to Charlotte I wasn’t so sure anymore. I decided to switch to online business management with a minor in marketing instead. Overall, I want to always be in present in the community wherever I live and I think with that type of degree it will allow me do so. I currently am working at a local coffee shop to feed my addiction for caffeine and social interaction. I love chatting daily with regulars and seeing what’s new in their lives. At one point I thought maybe I would like to own my coffee shop, but with the way life is happening I’m not so sure anymore, but that is a story for another time.
I love coffee, traveling, hiking, sour beers, sleeping, watching tv, playing with my animals, doing DIY projects with my roommates, and a whole lot of other things. Reading above sure makes me sound lazy but I am human and sometimes relaxing is the best way to ease the mind.
As of right now, I have animals that overtake my life in the best way, Pippa and Wallace. Pippa is a French bulldog mix and Wallace is a snow bengal/bobtail mix. It’s funny how animals can bring so much joy in the best and worst of times. Wallace (four) and Pippa (two) get along *most of the time. Pippa loves to harass her brother in the most playful way. But she doesn’t always realize how big she is, little dog syndrome I suppose.
Anyways, this was supposed to be a short little synopsis about me and it turned into a brain dump pretty quickly! Thank you for reading whether you are a family member, friend or just a passerby – I appreciate the support.
